Leading GTA homebuilders partner to deliver Downsview Park

TORONTO, Nov. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Urbancorp and Mattamy Homes - two of the Greater Toronto Area's leading home-building companies - are pleased to announce that they have entered into a joint-venture partnership to build the Downsview Park community. The project is a 63-acre master-planned community on the former military base located in the centre of the Greater Toronto Area and home to one of the largest parks in Toronto, as well as surrounding amenities already in place.

The project consists of 487 common element and stacked townhomes, 29 single-family homes and approximately 550 mid-rise apartment units.  The community and homes are being designed and built to LEED™ sustainability and energy efficiency standards.
