Homebuilder's activity speaks volumes about confidence and commitment in local market

CHARLOTTE, NC, May 15, 2015  /CNW/ - In a major signal of optimism about the future of the Charlotte and area housing market, Mattamy Homes – North America's largest privately owned homebuilder – will be launching five new communities in the region over the next year.

These new Mattamy neighborhoods will include Lawson in Waxhaw, King's Grove in York, Ayrshire in Fort Mill, and Stonehaven at Berewick (southwest Charlotte). These are all set to open for sale this summer, with Lake Crest at Lake Wylie launching in spring of 2016. The total number of lots for sale will reach about 750.
