First Quarter 2017 Key Operating Highlights

• Homes closed increased 21.5% to 1,064 from 876 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders grew 6.8% to 1,335 homes from 1,250 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog expanded 34.2% to 7,791 units from 5,804 units in the prior year quarter

LTM August 31, 2016 Key Operating Highlights

• Homes closed increased 13.8% to 5,554 from 4,879 in the prior year period
• Net sales orders grew 30.2% to 7,579 homes from 5,820 homes in the prior year period
