First Quarter 2018 Key Operating Highlights

• Homes closed increased 8.7% to 1,157 from 1,064 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders decreased 5.2% to 1,266 homes from 1,335 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog decreased 4.9% to 7,407 units from 7,791 units in the prior year quarter

LTM August 31, 2017 Key Operating Highlights

• Homes closed increased 22.6% to 6,855 from 5,590 in the prior year period
• Net sales orders decreased  14.6% to 6,472 homes from 7,579 homes in the prior year period
