Mattamy Homes Raleigh Receives Top Honors During Parade

Monroe, Bennett, and Edenton floorplans recognized among the best in the Triangle Parade of Homes

RALEIGH, NC, Oct. 23, 2018 /CNW/ - Royal Oaks, a division of Mattamy Homes, was honored with three distinguished awards for the Monroe, Bennett and Edenton floorplans during the 2018 annual Triangle Parade of Homes.

The Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina's largest open house and is presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County and the Home Builders Association of Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties.

For three consecutive weekends in October, the 2018 Parade of Homes showcased the best homes throughout the Triangle area. The free self-guided tour allowed the public to visit some of North Carolina's most inspiring homes to discover innovations in homebuilding, energy efficiency, sustainable architecture and interior design.

The 2018 Parade of Homes featured more than 250 homes, ranging from $225,000 to over $2.3 million. Of those, 185 homes by 91 of the area's top builders were judged by building professionals from across the Triangle area on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more. Twelve of the homes featured in the Triangle Parade of Homes were built by Royal Oaks. Award winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at the Reynolds Coliseum on Oct. 15 in Raleigh.

"It is an honor to be recognized among the best in this year's Parade of Homes," said Rich Van Tassel, Raleigh Division President for Mattamy Homes. "We are committed to providing quality homes for the Triangle area residents and encourage everyone to come out and enjoy the Parade of Homes tour."
