First Quarter 2019 Key Operating Highlights

• Homes closed increased 25.8% to 1,455 from 1,157 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders increased 7.2% to 1,357 homes from 1,266 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog decreased 9.3% to 6,720 units from 7,407 units in the prior year quarter

LTM August 31, 2018 Key Operating Highlights

• Homes closed increased 8.8% to 7,461 from 6,855 in the prior year period
• Net sales orders increased 2.5% to 6,634 homes from 6,472 homes in the prior year period
