WaterSong will be the builder's first age-restricted community in the US

JACKSONVILLE, FL, Feb. 6, 2019 /CNW/ - Today, Mattamy Homes, the largest privately owned homebuilder in North America, broke ground on WaterSong at RiverTown. WaterSong is located within Mattamy's highly sought-after master-planned community of RiverTown along the St. Johns River, in St. Johns County, Florida.

St. Johns County Commissioner James Johns, Vice President St. Johns Chamber of Commerce Greg Voss and other industry and community leaders, joined the Mattamy team for a ceremonial ground breaking with paddles to symbolize the proximity to the St. Johns River. Model-home construction is scheduled to begin this summer and VIP sales will start in fall 2019.
