Award speaks to special culture and company that Mattamy employees have built together

RIVERVIEW, FL, May 7, 2019 /CNW/ - Mattamy Homes is proud to announce that the company has been named as one of Tampa Bay's Best Places to Work by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Mattamy was recognized as a top 10 place to work in the extra large companies category.

Best Places to Work aims to identify the top workplaces in Tampa Bay based on employee feedback. Employees of all the nominated organizations were anonymously surveyed and evaluated by their employees across a number of elements of the work environment: team effectiveness, retention risk, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.

At the event, ranking orders for each category were revealed – Mattamy Homes was named the #8 Best Place to Work in the extra large companies category (more than 100 employees).
