Mattamy Homes Raleigh Receives Top Honors in Parade of Homes

Five signature, thoughtfully designed floor plans recognized among the best in the Triangle

RALEIGH, NC, Oct. 16, 2019 /CNW/ - The Raleigh Division of Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is pleased to announce that is has been honored with five distinguished awards during the 2019 annual Triangle Parade of Homes.

The Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina's largest open house and is presented by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh–Wake County. The 2019 Parade of Homes showcased homes throughout the Triangle area over several weeks in September and October. The self-guided tour enables the public to visit some of North Carolina's most inspiring homes to discover innovations in homebuilding, energy efficiency, sustainable architecture and interior design. More than 220 homes were featured (including 10 from Mattamy), ranging from $255,000 to over $2.5 million. Of those, 178 homes by 83 of the area's top builders were judged by building professionals from across the Triangle area on the quality of craftsmanship, products used, architectural design and much more. Award winners in each category were revealed and celebrated at the Reynolds Coliseum on Oct. 7 in Raleigh.

Gold: The Carlisle, Wendell Falls
