Second Quarter 2020 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue decreased 3.0% to $0.75B from $0.77B in the prior year quarter
• Homes closed increased 11.4% to 1,557 from 1,398 in the prior year quarter
• Net sales orders decreased 0.3% to 1,818 homes from 1,823 homes in the prior year quarter
• Sales order backlog increased 0.2% to 7,157 units from 7,145 units in the prior year quarter

LTM November 30, 2019 Key Operating Highlights

• Revenue increased 5.7% to $3.94B from $3.73B in the prior year
• Homes closed decreased 0.8% to 7,393 from 7,453 in the prior year
• Net sales orders increased 13.4% to 7,420 homes from 6,546 homes in the prior year
