Alberta Division and 12 employees recognized for achievements in customer experience

TORONTO, May 12, 2020 /CNW/ - Mattamy Homes Canada is the proud recipient of a number of awards from Avid Ratings, who recently announced its Annual Avid Awards.

Homebuilders throughout Canada were honoured with the prestigious awards for scoring highest with their customers on homebuying experience surveys. This year, 22 awards were issued to top builders in Canada, with Mattamy's Alberta Division receiving an Avid Benchmark Award.

Each award-winning builder must score at or above the top 25th percentile in Canada to be recognized with an Avid Award. This year's program had 571 qualifying builders from all over the United States and Canada, based on homebuyer data submitted between January and December 2019.

"It is an honour to recognize this year's Avid Award winners. Customer experience excellence takes skill, determination and passion, and the achievements of these builders is commendable," said Tim Bailey, Chief Strategy Officer for Avid Ratings. Avid Service Award Winners were also announced and selected based on their role within homebuilding, focused on four areas: Sales, Project Management, Walk-throughs and Design.

This year, 12 members of the Mattamy Canada family were recognized with Avid Service Awards, meaning they were ranked within the top 10% in customer satisfaction nationwide.
