Mattamy Homes Announces Closing of Land Acquisition in Holly Springs, North Carolina

HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C., Aug. 25, 2022 /CNW/ - Mattamy Homes, North America's largest privately owned homebuilder, is excited to announce the closing of a land acquisition in Wake County, North Carolina. This deal further adds to Mattamy's carefully curated selection of high-quality offerings in the greater Raleigh market.

Buckhorn Creek is expected to open for sale in September 2022, offering single-family homes from the $600s. The neighborhood will be an exclusive enclave of only 33 homesites, with several offering more than one acre of wooded area.

These homes from Mattamy's 50-foot series will each feature between 2,900–4,200+ square feet of living space, depending upon the floorplan.
