AIRDRIE, AB , Oct. 3, 2022 /CNW/ - Mattamy Homes' Alberta Division recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate Southwinds, the company's newest master-planned community in Airdrie, Alberta – 30 minutes north of Calgary.  

To complement Mattamy's highly successful Windsong community, Southwinds offers homebuyers a great selection of single-family and urban townhomes starting from the mid $400s with Craftsman, Colonial and Prairie exterior design options.
